DESCRIPTION
There are no good or bad days to discover Nature. If you really have the desire to try to establish a dialogue with it, weather conditions do not make a difference. All we need to do is to distance ourselves from our daily routine, from everything that absorbs us and from our nonstop doing and go into a forest, for example. If the weather is bad, if we are out of season, we are often reluctant to go: the first step is always the most difficult, breaking our inertia in keeping us in our comfort zone. But if we go to a forest alone and linger in the silence listening to our surroundings, slowly the voices and thoughts inside us will fade away. It will be the great Nature that speaks to us, gradually engaging all our senses and making us part of a world that we ignore in our daily lives.
