DESCRIPTION
Aerial view from a drone of Castello delle Carpinete, also known as Castello di Carpineti, and the church of Sant'Andrea, located in the Reggio Apennines. This ancient castle, once part of the domains of Matilda of Canossa, stands on the ridge of Mount Antognano, where she welcomed Pope Gregory VII. In order to appreciate the whole complex, I took an aerial shot with a drone that contextualizes the place on the ridge of the Reggio Apennines.
