There are places that hold immense fascination for me. The Tas de Pois on the Pen-Hir Point in the Crozon promontory in Brittany is certainly one of them. A wild and primordial place that makes you feel like you are at the end of the known world. Not surprisingly, it is located in the territory the French call Finistère, which is where the earth ends. Reaching the edge of these cliffs that rise 70 m above the surface of the ocean and nestling among its rocks for shelter from the constant wind beating the coast, you feel really small. One is faced with a natural scenery of breathtaking beauty and at the same time one is in the presence of the force of the elements. One is captivated as if in front of a spell. The three islands called Tas de Pois are the icing on the cake of this crazy scenery and have given rise to several legends describing their genesis.
