Overview of the Levico and Caldonazzo lakes and the Brenta Dolomites
DESCRIPTION
One morning in early winter, together with my son, I set off from the Vezzena Pass to hike to the Pizzo di Levico (1.908 m) also known as Vezzena peak. The peak is an exposed and scenic point that provides an extraordinary 360° view. This image shows the lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo with the respective villages of Levico Terme and Caldonazzo. The cultivated land at the edge of the lakes and the various surrounding peaks until the entire Brenta Dolomites chain is in the background. The cold and windy day allowed for clear skies to enjoy this fascinating view.
