DESCRIPTION
An early autumn day, in the early morning, on the edge of the cliffs of Cap Fréhel in Brittany. A sky livid with clouds had just stopped pouring rain; the fierce and unpredictable wind continued to lash me, making me sway. The roar of the waves crashing 70 meters below on the coast and the cries of a few wild birds were the only sounds breaking the din of the wind. In the distance over the ocean, a patch of light from a few rays of sun pierced the low, thick blanket of clouds. Not only can bad weather do nothing to diminish the charm of certain places, but it actually enhances their character and makes you love them even more.
It is one of the most fascinating places I know, and being able to experience these scenes together with my wife Stefania multiplies their beauty.
